2. What age group is Lightgliders best for?
The research shows that beliefs and values are solidified before the teenage years. Lightgliders was designed with kids ages 5 to 12 in mind.
3. Is Lightgliders only for Christians?
Kids of all backgrounds have signed up to become Lightgliders and have found its gameplay to be a lot of fun—battling Machines, rescuing Gliddles, and restoring the land! While Lightgliders was designed to encourage faith and values, the content that is distinctly Christian is optional.
Families and groups benefit from Lightgliders for a variety of reasons. Some are just looking for a safe, ad-free digital alternative for their kids. Lightgliders is best for families and groups that are interested in using digital playtime to encourage Christian faith and positive values.

4. How do I play Lightgliders? / How will my kids play Lightgliders?
Lightgliders can be played from a computer or via the Lightgliders app on most mobile devices.
From a computer, visit www.lightgliders.com and (members) click “Login” or (non-members) click "Join Now" to start a free trial.

5. Is Lightgliders multiplayer?
YES! The multiplayer component of Lightgliders is called Lightglider Academy. It is only accessible from computers and is not available from the app. See the next question (What is Lightglider Academy) for more information!
6. What is Lightglider Academy?
Lightglider Academy is the multiplayer computer game and community that is available when you access Lightgliders from a personal computer. This multiplayer game requires the Flash plugin to play. To activate this safe plugin, right-click your window and press "Enable Flash" to play.

7. Does the Lightgliders app have all the same content as the computer game?
The app is filled with an ever-expanding catalogue of minigames, videos, and interactive activities. The multiplayer online component of Lightgliders, Lightglider Academy, is only accessible from a computer.
8. What mobile devices can Lightgliders be played on?
You can play Lightgliders via the mobile app for smartphones and tablets.
The Lightgliders app is compatible with iOS devices 8.1 or later (including iPhone, iPad, and iPod) and Android devices (4.1 and up).

10. Can I download Lightgliders to multiple devices without buying multiple subscriptions?
It does not cost extra to have Lightgliders on multiple devices. Lightgliders is cross-platform, which means that you can login using the same email address and password on multiple devices. Simply login using the same email address and password (username/password for kids) that you used to create your account and you can access Lightgliders from all of your iOS or Android devices!
11. What’s included in a Lightgliders membership?
Along with unlimited access to all of the content inside the game, a Lightgliders membership has many benefits for kids, families, and groups! 12. How do I become a member? / How do I create a Lightgliders account?
Go to www.lightgliders.com and click “Join Now” to get started. Simply enter your email address and choose a password to create your account. Then choose the membership plan that is best for you! For a list of membership features and options, visit our Pricing Page.
13. What does a Lightgliders subscription cost?
Membership plans vary in cost depending on the length of time and number of child profiles. We offer monthly and annual recurring payment plans. For more information about individual and family membership options, please visit our Pricing Page. For group options, please visit our Groups Page.
14. Which membership plan is right for me?
We offer a variety of membership plans that vary by length of time and number of child profiles. A unique (parent or leader) email address is required per membership. Individual membership allow access for one child and family memberships allow access for up to five. For more information on individual and family membership options, please visit our Pricing Page. 15. How do I update/change the email address for my Lightgliders membership?
Login using the email address and password you used to set up the account. Then choose “Manage Account” at the bottom of the front page and sign in again. (We ask parents/leaders to login a second time to prevent child profiles from accessing account details). From the ‘Account Management’ page, simply click on “Change email address” to change the email associated with your Lightgliders account. To ensure that you are receiving the latest email updates from us, please also send an email to email@example.com with your updated contact information.
16. How do I reset my password?
If you know your current password, login using the email address and password you used to set up the account. Then choose “Manage Account” at the bottom of the front page and sign in again. (We ask parents/leaders to login a second time to prevent child profiles from accessing account details). From the ‘Account Management’ page, simply click on “Change password” to change the password for your Lightgliders account.
If you do not know your current password, simply click the “Forgot Password” link from the login screen. We will send you an email with instructions to reset your password from there.
If you are still having trouble logging in, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can assist you further.
17. Do I need a separate account for each of my kids/grandkids?
Yes. You will need to create a separate child profile for each kid that will be playing Lightgliders. Family accounts are great for this because they allow one (parent) email address to manage up to five child profiles. For more information on membership options, please visit our Pricing Page.
18. Can I buy Lightgliders as a gift?
Sure! Gift cards are available for purchase on our website at our Gifts Page. You can choose to ship the gift card directly to yourself or we’ll send it directly to the recipient for you!
19. How do I cancel my account?
To cancel your membership to Lightgliders, login from a computer using the email address and password you used to set up the account. (You must do this from a computer and not from within the app, as cancelling within the app is not currently available.) Then choose “Manage Account” at the bottom of the front page and sign in again. (We ask parents/leaders to login a second time to prevent child profiles from accessing account details). From the ‘Account Management’ page, simply click on “Subscription Details” and choose “Cancel Subscription.” You will still have access to your Lightgliders account until the end of your billing cycle.
