COURAGE
Hey Lightgliders!
We have been discussing The Far Greater Story of God’s love for us in recent weeks. We are currently learning about redemption and how God bought back our lives through Jesus. As we understand this truth we can point others to the story of Jesus with great confidence and courage!
To be courageous is to be brave. To take risks. To initiate. To try new things. To do hard things. To not be afraid of failing. We can be courageous because our confidence comes from God’s love for us, and not from anything else!
As Lightgliders, we will not shrink back from difficulties or danger. We will not run away from opportunities to help those in need.
Be courageous today, Lightgliders! Remember that you are never alone. Nothing can separate you from God’s love.

Here are some questions to think about as you learn about courage this week!
• Read Romans 8:38-39 in the Bible. Why can God’s love give you courage?
• What are some ideas for purposeful adventures in your neighborhood, at your school, or in your community?
• When have you been courageous?
• What can you do to overcome fear?
• What makes you feel brave?
• What does it look like to live with courage?
