Theme This Week: CREATION
Hey Lightglider!
The Bible begins by telling us that God is the Creator. He created the world and everything in it. This includes you and me! Genesis 1:27 tells us that God created us in His image. We were made in the image of a good, holy, and loving God. Do you realize what this means? It means that your life matters! And because you bear God’s image, you are worthy of respect. And this is true of everyone you meet! That’s why our #1 goal as Lightgliders is respect -- respect for ourselves and respect for others. We seek to do this because when we respect others, we are honoring the One in whose image they were created.
Here are some activities for you to do and questions to reflect upon this week in Lightgliders. Do these by yourself or with a family member!
Monday
• Watch the Spark video in green called Creation.
• How do you know that your life matters?
Tuesday
• Read Game News in red to see what’s happening inside Lightglider Academy this week.
• How does understanding creation help us understand human dignity?
• Join the Ninja (Bible) Warrior Party in Lightglider Academy TODAY at 5pm CST!
Wednesday
• Watch the Prayer video in orange called Praise for Creation.
• What are you amazed at in God’s creation?
Thursday
• Compete as a family in the Game of the Week in purple called Slam Jam.
• What has been your favorite thing about summer so far?
Friday
• Decorate the “Creation” Sticker Page and send it to info@lightgliders.com for a chance to win some in-game prizes!
