Lightgliders seek to show respect in two directions - towards themselves and toward each other. When we respect, we are acknowledging worth. You are worthy of respect. And so is everyone you meet. We show respect in the way we treat others and in the way we treat ourselves. Whether it’s your best friend or someone you don’t get along with very well, choosing to show respect is what we Lightgliders strive to do. So, when you’re in Mission Control, the Courtyard, the Library, or the Innovation Lab, look for ways to show respect to the other Lightgliders.

Respect
Everyone is worthy of respect because we each bear the image of God. We can acknowledge God’s image in others by showing respect. A friendly face, a listening ear, and a word of encouragement are some of the many ways to show respect. No matter what they look like or where they are from, everyone bears the image of God. Choosing to show respect is a way to honor God.
