Scripture
"He will wipe every tear from their eyes, and there will be no more death or sorrow or crying or pain. All these things are gone forever." - Revelation 21:4 (NLT)
Message
The final act of The Far Greater Story is Restoration. God has redeemed His children through Jesus, but we still experience the consequences of sin and rebellion in our world today. The hope we have in Jesus is that one day He will return and make right all that went wrong. To restore something means to bring it back to its original condition. This is what God will do with our broken world. Scripture tells us that there will be no more pain, or crying, or suffering for those that have placed their faith in Jesus.
Even now, as children of God, we can work to restore the world around us. Because we belong to the One who will one day restore all things, every act that we do in His name points to the future restoration. When we shine light in the darkness, we are a signpost of what is to come!
